Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount, as displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (India) We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are:

Metro cities: 3-5 business days
Other locations: 5-7 business days
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing, typically ranging from 10-20 business days. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.

Shipping Delays While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Sundarika is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable). We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
